摘  要:针对舵机故障情况对导弹飞行控制性能的影响问题,在舵指令分配模型和舵机故障影响分析基础上,分别提出针对1片舵机故障的容错控制算法和针对2片舵机故障的容错控制算法。该算法可在舵机故障时对正常舵机指令重新分配,补偿故障舵机引起的干扰力矩。仿真计算结果表明,该算法可完全消除1片舵机故障的影响,降低2片舵机故障产生的干扰,保证导弹命中目标。文中的研究有利于提高导弹系统工作可靠性。Aiming at the problem of rudder fault impact on missile flight control performance,based on the rudder command allocation model and the analysis of the impact mechanism,a fault-tolerant control algorithm for the failure of one servo and a fault-tolerant control algorithm for the failure of two servos were proposed.The algorithm could redistribute normal rudder commands when some rudders are faulty,and compensate the disturbance torque caused by the faulty rudders.Simulation results show that the algorithm can eliminate the impact on single rudder failure,reduce the interference caused by double rudder failures,and ensure that the missile hits the target.The research in this paper is beneficial to improve the reliability of the missile system.
