摘 要:本文以银行的排队模型为基础,将负顾客的到达与服务台故障、服务员随机休假、顾客重试相结合,研究了带有正、负两类顾客的M/G/1可修排队模型.利用补充变量法,列出状态转移方程进行求解,得到稳态条件下,系统的一些排队性能指标.最后,借助银行排队问题模拟数值运算,分析系统的主要指标受不同参数的影响,为排队论在银行排队模型中的实际应用提供理论参考.Based on the queuing model of the bank,this paper combines the arrival of negative customers with the failure of the service desk,the random leave of the waiters and the retry of customers,and studies the M/G/1 repairable queuing model with positive and negative customers.Using the method of supplementary variables,state transition equations are listed to solve,and some queuing performance indexes of the system under steady-state conditions are obtained.Finally,with the help of numerical simulation of bank queuing problem,the main indexes of the analysis system are affected by different parameters,which provides theoretical reference for the practical application of queuing theory in bank queuing model.
