依托“挑战杯”竞赛 推进高职院校创新创业人才培养——以苏州市职业大学为例

摘　　要：提升高职院校创新创业人才培养质量,集聚创新创业资源、加强实践平台和培养体系建设是重要举措。根据苏州市职业大学以“挑战杯”竞赛为抓手、推进创新创业人才培养体系建设的实践,研究了“挑战杯”竞赛与教学科研实践、第二课堂建设、经济社会发展相结合的多元融合发展策略,提出了利用“挑战杯”竞赛助推创新创业人才培养的举措:加强管理保障体系、指导教师队伍、项目培养体系、创新创业平台等各方面的建设,以竞赛促教改。It is a significant measure to strengthen the building of practice platform and talent-cultivating system so as to uplift the quality of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges and to gather innovative and entrepreneurial resources.Based on the exploration of Suzhou Vocational University’s“Challenge Cup”competition to promote the construction of innovative entrepreneurship personnel training system,this paper studies the working path and guarantee mechanism of talents training combining the“Challenge Cup”competition with teaching and research practice,the second classroom construction and economic and social development,and aims to reflect upon the reform of talent cultivation mode in hi gher vocational schools.
