摘  要:新时代、新形势、新技术呼唤教育的新定位和新转型。受传统教育理念和教育方式的影响,在我国外语院校的教育中,存在着偏重传授语言知识和训练言语技能、外语课程教学功能定位不明确、育人功能不突出、教材内容滞后时代需求、对国家重大理论和实际问题回应不够等现象,导致学生的知识领域、问题意识、创新意识、创新与实践能力受到限制,与社会需求脱节。鉴于此,本文以“新文科”建设为研究视角,从外语院校培养创新人才角度出发,探索创新人才的培养路径和拟采取的措施。The neo-epoch,neo-situation,and neo-technique are calling for re-localization and transformation of education.Affected by traditional education theory and mode,education in foreign language universities has been salient with the phenomenon of weighting on language knowledge imparting and technique training,ambiguous purpose of course teaching function,less stress on education function,lagging behind of textbook content to the needs of society,and less response to major state theory or practical issues,which lead to students’direct limitedness in ken,lacking of problem consciousness,innovative consciousness,and capability on innovation and practice,so that to be disconnected from the requirement of society.In view of this,from the perspective of neo-liberal arts,targeting on fostering innovative talents in foreign language universities,this paper devotes to explore the path and the principal measures for innovative talents cultivation.
