摘　　要：根据目前职业院校生源多元化、个体差异大的现状,分析了实施差异化教学模式的优势,明确了实施差异化教学改革的必要性,提出了差异化教学实施的有效措施:制定差异化的人才培养目标,推进学分制改革,试行分级选课制度,将项目化教学与差异化教学进行渗透融合,将信息化技术融入到教学环节中,丰富差异化教学手段,制定差异化教学评价体系,建设专业社团建设,为优秀学生提供技能提升平台。According to the current situation of diversified students and large individual differences in vocational colleges,the advantages of implementing differentiated teaching mode are analyzed,and the necessity of implementing differentiated teaching reform is clarified.It puts forward effective measures to implement differentiated teaching:formulating differentiated talent training objectives,promoting the reform of credit system,piloting graded course selection system,infiltrating and integrating project-based teaching with differentiated teaching,integrating information technology into the teaching process,enriching the teaching methods of differentiated teaching,formulating a differentiated teaching evaluation system,building professional associations,and providing skills upgrading platform for outstanding students.
