摘　　要：通过亲和力、思政课亲和力和思政课教师亲和力的语义分析,进而对思政课教师亲和力构成元素进行分析:人格魅力是思政课教师亲和力的基本元素;理论功底是思政课教师亲和力的主要元素;语言艺术是思政课教师亲和力的重要元素。Through the semantic analysis of affinity, affinity of Ideological and political courses and affinity of teachers of Ideological and political courses, this paper analyzes the elements of teachers’ affinity: personality charm is the basic element of teachers’ affinity;theoretical foundation is the main element of teachers’ affinity;language art is an important element of teachers’ affinity.
