摘　　要：加强和改进顶岗实习学生党员的教育管理,需要结合顶岗实习学生党员的特征,分析目前教育管理的问题与现状,研究和探索顶岗实习学生党员教育管理的新途径,进而完善高职院校学生党员的后续管理。To strengthen the education and management of student members in the Background of Internship, it needs to be combined with the characteristics of the characteristics of Student Party Members in internship, analyze the problems and present situation, study and explore new ways of the education and management, and improve upon the follow-up management of the student party members in higher vocational colleges.
