摘  要:抗战胜利后,国民政府从中央到广东颁布了一系列的教育甄审法令,从而规定了教育甄审的对象、组织和程序。在广东,教育甄审配合汉奸审判,弘扬了社会正义,争取了民心;分批分次地举行教育甄审,并将甄审与战后学籍编定捆绑在一起,在一定程度上维护了教育秩序。但是,由于动机错误,政府举措前后不一,基层教育行政部门、学生的敷衍态度,以及甄审负责机构之间权责不明,教育甄审效果不彰。这一问题的考察,不仅有助于今人进一步厘清中国教育管理史的脉络,对当下政府开展教育管理亦有借鉴意义。After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,National Government promulgated a series of educational screening and review laws from the central government to Guangdong,which stipulated the objects,organizations,and procedures of educational screening and review.In Guangdong,educational screening and review cooperated with the traitor trial,promoted social justice,and won a certain amount of popular support.Meanwhile,educational screening and review was held in batches,which was tied to the post-war student status compilation to maintain the educational order in a certain extent.However,due to the wrong motives,National Government’s inconsistent actions,the perfunctory attitudes of the primary educational administrative departments and students,and the unclear powers and responsibilities of educational screening and review agencies,educational screening and review was not effective.The investigation of this issue will not only help us to further clarify the context of the history of Chinese education management,but also have reference significance for the current government to carry out education management.
