摘  要:简要介绍了长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料(LFRT)的性质与应用,总结出LFRT制备的三种工艺方法,主要包括有热模压成型工艺、注塑成型工艺和拉挤成型工艺,其中注塑成型工艺方法又可分为粒料法和在线配混注塑成型方法。综述了工艺参数、螺杆结构、玻纤含量与玻纤取向等对长玻纤增强热塑性复合材料力学性能的影响,最后对LFRT今后的研究方向进行了展望。The properties and applications of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(LFRT)were briefly introduced,and three process methods for preparing LFRT were summarized,including hot compression molding process,injection molding process and pultrusion molding process,among which injection molding process method can be divided into pellet method and online compounding injection molding method.The effects of process parameters,screw structure,glass fiber content and glass fiber orientation on the mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites were reviewed.The future research directions of LFRT were prospected.
