摘 要:我国工程监理人才缺口较大,尤其是应用型的监理人才的培养需求显著提高。高职工程监理教学质量,关系到国家培养技能型监理人才的目标。这对高职院校工程监理专业教育发展来说,既是契机也是挑战。高职教育中,对于工程监理的教学,要注重教学评价的成效。高职院校应当加大对工程监理专业教学的质量管理,通过建立与实际需求相一致的质量监控与评价体系,更好地为工程监理行业输送高质量人才。There is a large shortage of engineering supervision talents in my country,especially the demand for training application-oriented supervision talents has increased significantly.The quality of higher vocational engineering supervision teaching is related to the country’s goal of cultivating skilled supervision talents.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of engineering supervision professional education in higher vocational colleges.In higher vocational education,for the teaching of engineering supervision,we must pay attention to the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.Higher vocational colleges should increase the quality management of the teaching of engineering supervision,and better deliver high-quality talents to the engineering supervision industry by establishing a quality monitoring and evaluation system consistent with actual needs.
