摘　　要：目的 探讨以案例为基础引导的教学(Case-Based Learning,CBL)结合标准化病人(standardized Patient,SP)在乳腺外科见习教学中的教学效果。方法 研究对象为湘南学院3年级的临床医学专业本科4个班级,随机分为实验组采用CBL联合标准化病人教学法,对照组使用单纯CBL教学法。采取临床综合能力考核评分与教学满意度问卷调查两种形式进行教学质量评估。结果 临床综合能力考核评分结果显示,实验组问诊及体格检查的实践技能操作方面成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),而问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生对应用CBL结合标准化病人的教学法满意度更高。结论 在乳腺外科见习中,应用CBL联合标准化病人可提高见习的教学质量,且从各个方面提高值得在临床教学实践中推广。Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with standardized patient(SP)in breast surgery probation teaching.Methods Four classes of clinical medicine major in grade 3 of Xiangnan University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The teaching quality was evaluated by clinical comprehensive ability assessment score and teaching satisfaction questionnaire.Results The results of clinical comprehensive ability assessment showed that the scores of practical skills and operation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching method of CBL combined with standardized patients.Conclusion The application of CBL combined with standardized patients in breast surgery internship can improve the teaching quality of probation,and improve from all aspects,which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching practice.
