摘　　要：针对华南理工大学电气信息及控制国家级实验教学示范中心的年度考核工作,探讨了利用Google云端硬盘技术完成复杂的数据采集、文档材料整合、检查完善年度报告等,为其他高校进行国家级实验教学示范中心年度考核工作提供了很好的借鉴。Based on the annual assessment of the electrical information and control national experimental teaching demonstration center of South China University of Technology,how to use Google Drive to collect the date,integrate and check the documents methodically in the final annual report is discussed,and this work will be a good reference for other universities in the annual report of national experimental teaching demonstration centers.
