中介视角下IT能力对高校核心竞争力的影响研究

摘　　要：随着信息技术在高校的应用和推广,信息资源与其他资源相融合形成互联网技术(IT)能力,进而对高校的管理效率和竞争优势产生积极影响,促进了高校各项事业的发展。通过理论研究并结合高校实际情况,提出了IT能力通过管理决策、业务流程和组织学习作为中介变量对高校核心竞争力产生影响的作用模型,并对高校IT能力建设提出了相关建议。With the application and promotion of information technology in university,information resources are combined with other resources to form IT capability,which in turn has a positive impact on the management efficiency and competitive advantages of university,and has promoted the development of university.Based on theoretical research and the actual situation of university,this paper analyzes the impact of IT capability on university core competitiveness,proposes a mechanism model that uses management decisions,business processes,and organizational learning as intermediary variables.In the end,the paper summarizes several recommendations to enhance IT capability of university.
