高职院校劳动教育的目标设定与实施策略研究

摘　　要：2018年全国教育大会,习近平总书记明确要求“要坚持中国特色社会主义教育发展道路,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”,劳动教育被纳入学校育人目标。对于高职教育而言,劳动教育是技术技能人才培养的重要支撑。高职院校开展劳动教育,需要塑造劳动光荣的观念、强化干事创业的技能、铸就创造伟大的魂魄,应当构建开放式劳动教育体系、搭建多元化劳动实践平台、推行全方位劳动育人的运行机制。In National Education congress in 2018,General secretary Xi Jinping definitely required“To stick to socialist education development road with Chinese characters and foster socialist constructor and successor with Comprehensive Development in moral,intelligence,sports,aesthetics and labor”.Labor has been included into the target of talent cultivation.As for higher vocational education,Labor education is the important support in cultivation of technical skilled talents.It is necessary to carry out the labor education,creatingthe idea,labor is glorious,enhancing the skill of entrepreneurship,casting the soul of creating the great.The open labor education system shall be built on the purpose of push forward the overall operation mechanism of labor cultivation by means of constructing diversified platform of labor and practice.
