高职学生思想政治教育中辅导员角色效应探析

摘　　要：在社会经济体系发生深刻变革、思想观念发生深刻变化的新形势下,高职学生的价值观呈现出多变性、复杂性、代际性、矛盾性等特点,使得高职思想政治教育工作面临新的挑战。探析高职学生思想政治教育出现的新特点,通过四个维度的角色效应层次阐释辅导员角色效应对高职思想政治教育的重要性,围绕辅导员在教育中的角色效应,从角色理论角度探讨辅导员对高职生思想政治教育的途径和方法,对加强和改进高职学生思想政治教育具有积极意义。In the situation of deep change of social and economic system as well as ideology,the values of students in higher vocational colleges have demonstrated the features of diversity,complexity,intergeneration and contradictoriness,which constitute the new challenge to the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.It made exploration and analysis of these new features of students in higher vocational colleges and expounded the importance of role of tutors in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from 4-dimension layers of role effect.According to the role of tutor in the education,it explored thepath and methods of tutor in theideological and political education to the students in higher vocational college that has proactive significance in strengthening and improving the ideological and political education to the students in higher vocational colleges.
