摘  要:目的比较以病例为基础(Case-Based Learning,CBL)的教学方法与传统教学法在泌尿外科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7—12月在我科实习的112名浙江大学医学院5年制本科生为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组各56名学生。其中,观察组采用CBL教学法进行临床带教,而对照组则按照传统教学模式进行。最后比较两组学生在出科考核中的理论及操作考试成绩,并对各自接受的教学方法进行评价。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩要优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的技能操作考核成绩无明显差异。同时,观察组学生对接受的CBL教学法的评价也要好于对照组的传统教学方法。结论CBL教学法在泌尿外科临床带教中可以取得较好的教学效果。Objective To compare the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)with traditional teaching methods in urology.Methods A total of 112 five-year undergraduate students from school of medicine,Zhejiang university,who were internship in our department from July to December 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups of 56 students in each group.Among them,the observation group was conducted CBL for clinical teaching,while the control group was conducted according to the traditional teaching mode.Finally,the theoretical and operational test scores of the two groups of students in the examination were compared,and the teaching methods accepted by each group were evaluated.Results The theoretical test scores of the observation group students were better than the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the clinical skills test scores between the two groups.At the same time,the observation group students also evaluated the accepted CBL better than the traditional teaching method of the control group.Conclusion The CBL teaching method can achieve good results in the clinical teaching of urology.
