摘 要:加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS),是指采取基于循证医学证据的一系列围手术期优化处理措施,减少手术患者的创伤应激,加速患者的康复。ERAS已在多个学科的临床实践中广泛应用,且取得了显著成绩。医学生是围手术期医疗管理理念的践行者,故将ERAS理念应用到外科临床教学中显得尤为重要。文章主要探讨ERAS在胃肠外科教学中的应用及其效果,我们发现ERAS能丰富胃肠外科的临床教学内容、促进理论联系实际、促进传统教学方法的转变及医学生的角色转变,从而激发医学生的学习兴趣,提高其学习主动性和积极性,提升其临床思维能力和实践能力。因此,将ERAS理念应用到胃肠外科教学中能明显改善胃肠外科的教学质量和效果。Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),refers to the implementation of a series of perioperative treatment measures based on evidence-based medicine to reduce patients’traumatic stress response and accelerate patients’recovery.ERAS has been widely used in multidisciplinary clinical practice with remarkable achievements.Medical students are one of practitioners of perioperative management. Thus, application of ERASin surgical clinical teaching is very important. This essaywas aimed to investigate the application and effect ofERAS in gastrointestinal surgery teaching. We found thatthe application of ERAS could enrich clinical teachingof gastrointestinal surgery, promote the integration oftheory with practice and the translation of traditionalteaching. Moreover, it promoted role-transformation ofmedical students, inspired medical students’ learninginterest, improved their learning initiative and enthusiasmand enhanced their clinical thinking and practice ability.In conclusion, the application of ERAS concept ingastrointestinal surgery teaching might significantly improvethe quality and effect of teaching.
