摘　　要：工作价值观是个人价值观体系的重要组成部分,影响着人们的职业选择和工作表现。澄清工作价值观对个人、组织和社会都有重要的意义。帮助个体澄清自己工作价值观的方法之一是死亡反思。死亡反思能将人们带出日常生活中繁杂的外界刺激和标准,回到本体模式,向内反思自己的感受、需求,帮助个体明确自己的价值标准。死亡反思的活动训练包括存在性休克练习、终点实验室、出局练习等。本文认为,在帮助大学生澄清工作价值观时,死亡反思将成为一种有效的方式。Work values,which afet people's career sletion and wark performance,are important part of personal value.The clarifcation of one's work values is of great significance to individuals,organizations and sociely.One way 1o help individuals identity their own worck values is death relection Death rflctio can help people extricate themselves from daily life which is full of extemal stimuli and standards,and retum to the onbology stae.In ontology stnte,people can further relee on their own feligse.needs and desire inward,eartfig thetr own values.Trainings for death recio inctude eisential shock exercises,termial labs,outing exercis,tc This article believes that death rfltioen can be an ffective way to help ollee studenss identily their work values.
