摘　　要：2018年国务院《关于推行终身职业技能培训制度的意见》中强调,企业员工职业技能培训是缓解技能人才短缺,适应经济发展转型升级的要求。在此背景下,从当下唐山地区企业员工职业培训的现状、存在的问题,提出建立校企合作开展企业员工职业培训运行机制,保障企业员工职业培训质量,为企业的发展提供人才支撑。The Lifelong Vocational Skill Training System Guidelines issued by the State Council in 2018,emphasizes that vocational skill training for enterprise employees is to alleviate the shortage of skilled talents and meet the requirements of economic development,transformation and upgrading.In this context,from the current situation and problems of vocational training for employees,the author proposes to establish a school enterprise cooperation to carry out the operation supervision mechanism of vocational training for employees,to ensure the quality of vocational training for employees,and to provide talent support for the development of enterprises.
