摘  要:专业设置决定了人才培养的方向,应该与区域产业构建与经济发展形势结合,满足相关需求。根据河北省统计部门的相关数据,分析了人工智能与智能装备产业下河北省高职院校专业设置现状。结果表明了人才培养数量不足、专业与产业对接的精准度不高、专业布局缺乏对产业集群有效支撑、复合型人才培养能力有待进一步提高、高职院校的社会服务能力有待提升等问题。因此,需要以产业结构转型来设置相应专业,立足供需实际把控专业人才培育,并构建具有特色的专业,以质量评价进一步完善专业结构。Specialty setting determines the direction of personnel training,and should be combined with regional industrial construction and economic development situation to meet relevant needs.According to the relevant data of the statistics department of Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the present situation of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province under the artificial intelligence and intelligent equipment industry.The results show that the number of talents training is insufficient,the precision of the connection between specialty and industry is not high,the professional layout lacks effective support for industrial clusters,the training ability of compound talents needs to be further improved,and the social service ability of higher vocational colleges needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to set up corresponding majors by the transformation of industrial structure,cultivate talents based on the reality of supply and demand,build specialties with characteristics,and grasp the quality evaluation to further improve the professional structure.
