摘　　要：元认知学习能力的发展与教育培养,在教育心理学领域中受到普遍关注,结合学生个性化的学习特点因材施教,有利于对知识记忆、学习体验、学习效果、学习兴趣等诸多方面起到提升作用。本研究中,以高职医学生为对象,开展学生的元认知情况调查,在了解高职医学生元认知学习情况的基础上,结合教学实践活动,探讨培养和提高学生元认知学习能力,提高学生的学习效果和学习能力。The development and education of metacognitive learning ability has been widely concerned in the field of educational psychology.Metacognitive learning ability can promote the level of knowledge memory,learning experience,learning effect,learning interest and so on.In this study,taking medical college students as the object,on the basis of understanding the metacognitive learning situation,combined with teaching practice activities,this study explores the path to improve students'metacognitive learning ability and learning effect.
