摘　　要：构建"药物制剂生产技能综合训练"课程进行全生产情境模拟的创新设计框架,通过企业调研,获知专业职业岗位群的知识结构、技能需求和综合职业能力,从而明确课程目标,并精心设计教学环节等,旨在模拟药物制剂实际生产的实践教学过程中,向学生灌输药物制剂生产综合知识,同时,注重培养学生的职业道德、团队精神,提高学生的综合职业能力。The innovative design framework of"Comprehensive Training of Pharmaceutical Preparation Production Skills"course for full production situation simulation was constructed.Through enterprise research,the knowledge structure,skill demand and comprehensive professional ability of professional post group were obtained,so as to clarify the course objectives and carefully design teaching links,in order to instill the comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation production into students in the practical teaching process of simulating the actual production of pharmaceutical preparation,at the same time,pay attention to cultivate students’professional ethics and team spirit,and improve their comprehensive professional ability.
