摘 要:以华侨城湿地自然学校6年来的自然教育实践为例,探索深圳自然教育志愿者的培育和激励机制。建议建立深圳自然教育总校,采取整合师资、集中培训的方式,践行"引得进、留得住、重激励、常服务、防流失"的理念和原则,加强统筹协调,做好顶层设计。输出深圳特色的自然学校品牌,扩大深圳在全国自然学校的影响力,期待能为全国自然教育提供有益的深圳经验。The 6-years of practices of OCT wetland nature school was taken as an example to explore incentive mechanisms and incubation for volunteers of nature education in shenzheng.The paper advocates the establishment of a general school for nature education in shenzhen to provide integration of teachers and centralized training,and to practise the concept and principle of"attracting talents to come and stay,providing them with incentives and regular services,and preventing them from leave",to strengthen overall planning and coordination and to fulfil top-level design.By disseminating the nature school brand with Shenzhen characteristics and expanding the influence of Shenzhen among national nature schools,it is expected to provide advanced shenzhen experience for the nation-widenature education.
