摘  要:九江长江大桥为公铁两用连续钢桁梁桥,上层为公路桥、下层为铁路桥。该桥公路桥运营后长期处于超负荷状态,且车辆荷载超过了原设计标准,为提高公路交通通行能力,对公路桥面进行升级改造:正桥公路钢横梁以上部分(包括公路钢纵梁、混凝土桥面板等)整体更换为正交异性钢桥面板,引桥增加横向联系并进行缺陷修补,全桥桥面系重新铺筑。在公路桥面升级改造施工中,采用了全断面防护隔离技术,确保了改造期间铁路线的正常运营;采用静力切割拆除既有混凝土桥面板,降低了对既有结构的扰动影响;采用提升站和双主梁、轨行式自平衡过孔架板机架设钢桥面板,实现了钢桥面板的快速架设。The Jiujiang Changjiang River Bridge is a continuous steel truss girder bridge with two levels of decks,of which,the upper one accommodates highway and the lower one carries railway.The highway deck has long been in overloaded state after years of operation,due to the steadily increase of traffic.An upgrading project was proposed,aiming to improve the load bearing capacity of the highway deck.Besides the steel cross beams,other components of the main bridge highway deck(including the stringers and concrete slabs)were removed and substituted with the integral orthotropic steel deck plates.The highway deck of the approach bridge was strengthened with lateral bracings and the defects were repaired.Both the highway and railway decks were repaved.During the upgrading construction of the highway deck,a full-cross-section sheeting and shoring system was employed to ensure the normal operation of the lower railway deck.The existing concrete slabs were removed by static cutting to reduce the interruption to the existing structure.Lifting frames and self-balancing slab erection crane that consists of double main beams and moves on rails were used to realize the rapid erection of the integral orthotropic deck plates.
