摘　　要：中医药是中国古代科学的瑰宝,凝聚着深邃的中国智慧和中国人民的健康养生理念及实践经验,是中华民族几千年繁衍生息与健康发展的重要保障。坚定中医药自信,充分发挥中医药促进人民健康的重要作用,是新时代实施健康中国战略的必然要求。优秀传统文化是坚定中医药文化自信的精神根基;中医理论传承创新是坚定中医药科学自信的学术根基;中医疗效优势是中医药疗效自信的实践根基;健康中国战略是中医药制度自信的政治根基。Traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of ancient Chinese science,which embodies the profound Chinese wisdom and the Chinese people′s concept and practical experience of health preservation.It is an important guarantee for the Chinese nation′s reproduction and healthy development for thousands of years.Strengthening the confidence of Chinese traditional medicine and giving full play to its important role in promoting people′s health is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of a healthy China strategy in the new era.Excellent traditional culture is the spiritual foundation to strengthen the confidence of TCM culture,inheritance and innovation of TCM theory is the academic foundation to strengthen the scientific confidence of TCM,the therapeutic advantage of TCM is the practical foundation of its confidence in efficacy,and the healthy China strategy is the political foundation of its confidence in system.
