摘　　要：现阶段,随着高职院校专业技术职务任职资格评审权力的下放,其面临着改革的迫切需求。高职院校专业技术职务任职资格评审制度对于高职院校教师朝着专业化方向将会起到积极的推动作用。本文对于高职院校专业技术职务任职资格评审过程中存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,并且提出了相应的改革策略,以希望能够全面提升高职院校专业技术职务任职资格评审的科学性和合理性。At present,with the decentralization of professional and technical post qualification evaluation power in high vocational colleges,it is facing the urgent need of reform.The qualification evaluation system of professional and technical posts in high vocational colleges will play a positive role in promoting the specialization of teachers in high vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of professional and technical post qualification evaluation in high vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding reform strategies.In order to improve the scientific nature and rationality of professional and technical post qualification evaluation in high vocational colleges.
