摘  要:分布式领导是新型团队领导方式,是领导共同体。高校知识型团队具有高成就感、自主性、专业性等特点,在传统垂直领导模式下容易产生不满意感,与组织产生冲突,且抑制知识创新。分布式领导是组织成员间领导影响力的流动和分布,团队每位成员可以通过专业和知识影响力担任领导者角色,是领导知识型团队有效方式。高校是知识型人才聚集地,分布式领导方式能够满足高校知识型团队内在需求,激发成员专业能力或影响力,达成组织目标。Distributed leadership is a new type of team leadership and a leadership community.The knowledge-based team of colleges and universities has the characteristics of high sense of accomplishment,autonomy and professionalism.Under the traditional vertical leadership mode,it is easy to produce dissatisfaction,conflict with the organization,and inhibit knowledge innovation.Distributed leadership is the flow and distribution of leadership influence among members of the organization.Each member of the team can assume leadership role through professional and intellectual influence.Distributed leadership can meet the characterization needs of knowledgebased team,an effective way to lead knowledge-based teams.Colleges and universities are gathering places of knowledge-based talents.The distributed leadership method can meet the internal needs of knowledge-based teams in colleges and universities,stimulate members’professional ability or influence,and achieve organizational goals.
