摘  要:公共艺术教育与德育协同育人是新时代因事而化、因时而进、因势而新育人模式改革的有益尝试,二者在教育目标、教育内容和教育方式上具有内在的协同逻辑,对锤炼大学生道德、健全大学生人格和保障大学生心理健康等具有极强的现实意义。一直以来,高职院校公共艺术教育的综合育人功能发挥欠缺,究其原因是公共艺术教育与德育之间相互割裂、自成体系,融合度不强,尚未建立相互协同育人的良好格局。通过整合公共艺术教育和德育的有效资源,建立协同育人的运行机制、构建协同育人的课程体系、创新协同育人的教学模式、加强协同育人的师资建设,形成系统效应,实现二者的深度融合和优势互补,才能打造新时代高等职业院校公共艺术教育与德育协同育人的良好格局。The collaborative education of public art education and moral education is a beneficial attempt of the reform of new education mode in the new era.They have internal collaborative logic in the educational objectives,educational contents and educational methods,which are of great practical significance to temper college students'morality,improve their personality and protect their mental health.For a long time,the comprehensive education function of public art education in higher vocational colleges has been lacking.The reason is that the public art education and moral education are separated from each other,and have not formed a good pattern of mutual cooperation.By integrating the effective resources of public art education and moral education,establishing the operation mechanism of collaborative education,constructing the curriculum system of collaborative education,innovating the teaching mode of collaborative education,strengthening the construction of teachers of collaborative education,forming a systematic effect and realizing the deep integration and complementary advantages of the two,we can create a good pattern of collaborative education of public art education and moral education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
