摘　　要：构建旅游人才培养质量与旅游产业评价指标体系,运用了熵值法、耦合协调度模型和ArcGIS等软件,测评高校旅游人才培养质量与旅游产业发展水平指数及其两者耦合协调度,并划分协调度基本类型。研究结果表明:旅游人才培养质量表现出较为明显的聚集性和两极分化特征,除贵阳外贵州省旅游产业发展整体处于低水平均衡发展状态;旅游人才培养与旅游产业的耦合度在0.9以上州市占比为88.89%,两者之间发展水平相关性较好,但二者协调度指数普遍较低;根据协调度基本类型划分标准,将贵州省九个地州市划分为三个发展类别和六个基本类型,且绝大部分市州为旅游人才培养滞后型。The evaluation index system of tourism talent training quality and tourism industry is construct⁃ed.The entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and ArcGIS are used to evaluate the tourism talent training and tourism industry development level index of colleges and universities and their coupling coordina⁃tion and scheduling,and the basic types of coordination degree are divided.The results show that:the quality of tourism talent training shows obvious characteristics of clustering and polarization,and the overall development of tourism industry is in a low level and balanced state except Guiyang;The coupling degree of tourism talent training and tourism industry is more than 0.9,accounting for 88.89%.The development level of the two is rela⁃tively good,but the coordination degree index is generally low;The nine prefectures and cities in Guizhou Prov⁃ince are divided into three development categories and six basic types,and most of them are lagging behind in the cultivation of tourism talents.
