摘 要:碱性橙是一种碱性偶氮类工业染料,禁止作为食品添加剂。由于其易上色且不易褪色,常常被不法商贩非法添加到食品中,对消费者的健康产生严重影响。所以,建立对碱性橙的检测方法十分重要。前处理过程会直接影响到检测结果的准确性和可靠性,因此前处理过程中的提取、分离及净化过程尤为重要。本文在碱性橙的检测方法、提取试剂、提取方法及碱性橙前处理中固相萃取所用材料等方面进行了综述,并对样品前处理过程的优化做出了展望,以期为食品中碱性橙染料的安全监管提供参考意见。Alkaline orange is an alkaline azo industrial dye,which is prohibited as food additive.Because it is easy to color and not easy to fade,often added to food illegally by illegal traders,which has a serious impact on the health of consumers.Therefore,it is very important to establish a detection method for alkaline orange.The pretreatment process can directly affect the accuracy and reliability of the results,so the extraction,separation and purification process in the pretreatment process of alkaline orange is particularly important.This article reviewed the detection methods,extraction reagents,extraction methods and SPE materials used in alkaline orange pretreatment,and prospected the optimization of sample pretreatment process,so as to provide reference for the safety supervision of alkaline orange dye in food.
