摘　　要：欧盟食品饲料快速预警系统(rapid alert system for food and feed,RASFF)是欧盟成员国及欧盟委员会之间及时交流食品和饲料风险信息的重要平台,使得各成员国能够迅速有效地采取防控措施,有效保证欧盟各成员国的食品安全。本文统计了2019年欧盟RASFF通报中国输欧食品种类、风险类别,并对膳食补充剂、坚果炒货、水产及制品等重点产品进行风险分析,以期减少或避免类似情况发生,为我国出口食品企业和监管部门提供参考。The rapid alert system for food and feed(RASFF) is an important platform for the timely exchange of food and feed risk information between EU member states and the European Commission,which enables member states to take preventive and control measures quickly and effectively to ensure the food safety of EU Member States. In this paper,the types and risk categories of food exported from China to Europe in 2019 were analyzed,and the risk analysis of key products,such as dietary supplements,fried nuts,aquatic products and products,was carried out in order to reduce or avoid similar situations,and to provide reference for China’s food export enterprises and regulatory authorities.
