摘　　要：建设高质量实训基地是推进校企合作、落实产教融合政策的重要举措,对于提升学生实践能力、贴合生产企业需求具有十分重要的作用。化工行业具有生产工艺复杂、危险因素多、污染物排放多等特点,因此对从业操作人员具有非常高的素质技能要求。以建设化工行业高质量实训基地为视角,分析了其在化工行业中的特点,并就现阶段实训基地建设过程中存在的难点及挑战给出了一些思考和建议。Building high-quality training bases is an important measure to promote college-enterprise cooperation and to implement industry and education integration.It also plays a very important role in improving students'practical ability and meeting the needs of enterprises.Being complex in production process,risky and with pollutant emissions,the chemical industry calls for professionally qualified practitioners.Taking the construction of high-quality training bases in the chemical industry into consideration,this article analyzes the characteristics of chemical industry,then proposes some suggestions to tackle difficulties in construction of high-quality training bases.
