摘 要:当下教育变革中的"学校共同体"建设需要突破同质困局。以"共生"思维开展学校共生群建设不失为一种可能。在"新基础教育"研究中,通过教育理论者的"深度介入"和区域教育治理方式的转变,整体策划、分段实施,以推进性评价方式为学校共生群发展创造良好共生环境,逐步改变区域内学校发展层次上的能级区分(强校与弱校的等级差异),注重以学校共生群自组织的群管理、群制度、群机制、群教研等促进校际深度交互合作,推动学校发展类型优势(各校在不同领域的精品与品牌优势)不断重点突破和梯度放大,形成持续生成及交叉辐射态势,使校际关系从"偏利共生"走向"互惠共生",促进区域基础教育质量的持续整体提升和优质高位均衡。The construction of "school community" in the current education reform needs to break through the dilemma of homogeneity. It is possible to carry out the construction of school symbiosis group with the thought of "symbiosis".In the study of NBE,through the "deep involvement" of educational theorists and the transformation of regional educational governance mode,we can create a good symbiotic environment for the development of school symbiosis group,and gradually change the level distinction(between prestigious schools and ordinary schools)at the level of school development in the region. With selforganized group management,group system,group mechanism,group teaching and research,we can promote in-depth inter school cooperation,promote the generation and cross radiation of school development type advantages(excellent products and brand advantages of each school in different fields),and make the inter school relationship from "partial benefit symbiosis" to "mutual benefit symbiosis",and realize the continuous overall improvement of regional basic education quality and high-quality balance.
