摘　　要：在建设中国一流军事教育、培养一流军事人才的新时代,构建各级各类军事人才的岗位胜任力模型、明确人才培养标准,是迫切需要研究的课题。文章以中国军医大学临床医学专业学员为例,基于前期构建的胜任力指标体系,经过专家认同度调查,构建最终的包含内层、中层、外层的军医大学生岗位胜任力的洋葱模型,并将模型与全球医学教育标准进行了比较,结果大体一致。It is urgent to establish post competency models for all kinds of military talents and set standards of talent training in the new era when China is aiming to develop first-class military education and cultivate first-class military talents.In this article,we analyzed the data from Chinese military medical students specialized in clinical medicine and established an onion post competency model with inner,middle and outer layers,which was based on the previously established post competency index system and approved by the experts.The comparison results showed that our model basi cally conforms to the standards of international medical educati on.
