摘  要:This work develops a new mixed finite element method for arbitraryconvex quadrilateral meshes to solve the Darcy-Stokes problem.We propose anH(div)-conforming element which based on a spline element over the crisscrosssubdivision of a quadrilateral to approximate the velocity.And the pressure isapproximated by piecewise constant.Then we give the convergence analysis of ourelement and construct a new discrete de Rham complex.Moreover,an explicit lo-cal basis representation is provided.Lastly,numerical tests verify the convergenceanalysis.
