刍议社会和思想变迁对《内经》学术体系构建之影响

摘　　要：战国至秦汉是中国历史上从奴隶社会向封建社会的过渡时期。这一时期,社会制度方面出现"礼坏乐崩"。在社会制度新陈代谢过程中,新社会秩序建立的需求引发了古人在思想方面的新探索,相应出现了诸子百家争鸣。随着秦汉统一,新社会制度的建立,社会思想方面先后出现了"黄老之学"和"新儒学"的一统。社会和思想的变迁进而影响了包括医学在内的诸社会学科的发展,在这一时期成书并流传至今的《黄帝内经》一书中可见这些影响之印记。《内经》展现出一定的医学思想及理论汇集性,同时反映出医学内部存在不同医家乃至流派间的争鸣现象。反之,通过对该时期社会和思想变迁的考察即可更深入地认识《内经》学术体系之构建,进而可窥《内经》学术体系之学科内汇集性和学科间交叉性。The Warring States period to the Qin and Han Dynasties is a transitional period from slave society to feudal society in Chinese history.During this period,the social system appeared"rites,evils and music".In the process of social system metabolism,the need for the establishment of a new social order triggered the ancients’new exploration in thinking,and accordingly there were various schools of thought.With the unification of the Qin and Han Dynasties and the establishment of the new social system,the unity of"Huang Lao’s theory"and"New Confucianism"appeared in the social thought.The changes of society and thought further influenced the development of various social disciplines,including medicine.These influence marks can be seen in the book Huangdi Neijing,which was written in this period and has been handed down to the present.On the contrary,through the investigation of the social and ideological changes in this period,we can have a deeper understanding of the construction of the academic system of Neijing,and then we can see the internal convergence and interdisciplinary intersection of the academic system of Neijing.
