摘 要:目的:研究芦子乙酸乙酯萃取部位对两种致龋菌(变形链球菌、黏性放线菌)的生长和代谢产酸的影响。方法:通过二倍稀释法,以洗必泰为阳性对照组,测定芦子乙酸乙酯萃取部位对两种致龋菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC);测定芦子乙酸乙酯萃取部位低于MIC 4个浓度对两种致龋菌代谢产酸的影响。结果:芦子乙酸乙酯萃取部位对变形链球菌和黏性放线菌的MIC值分别为6.250、3.125 mg/mL,MBC值分别为12.500、6.250 mg/mL;芦子乙酸乙酯萃取部位4个浓度对黏性放线菌代谢产酸均有抑制作用,高浓度组对变形链球菌的产酸有抑制作用。结论:芦子乙酸乙酯萃取部位对黏性放线菌的抑制作用强于变形链球菌;抑制产酸的作用和浓度成正相关,但效果均弱于阳性对照组。Objective:The effects of extraction site of ethyl acetate of Piper betle's fruit on the growth and metabolism of two kinds of cariogenic bacteria(Streptococcus mutans and Actinomyces viscosus)were studied.Methods:The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of two kinds of cariogenic bacteria in the extraction site of ethyl acetate were determined by double dilution method with Chlorhexidine as the positive control group.The effects of 4 concentrations of ethyl acetate extraction lower than MIC on the metabolism of two kinds of cariogenic bacteria were determined.Results:The MIC values of the extraction site of ethyl acetate against Streptococcus mutans and Actinomyces viscosus were 6.250 mg/mL and 3.125 mg/mL respectively,and the MBC values were 12.500 mg/mL and 6.250 mg/mL respectively.All the 4 concentrations at the extraction site of ethyl acetate inhibited the acid production of Actinomyces viscosus,and the high concentration group inhibited the acid production of Streptococcus mutans.Conclusion:The inhibition effect of ethyl acetate extraction on Actinomyces viscosus was stronger than that on Streptococcus mutans.The inhibition effect of acid production was positively correlated with the concentrations,but the effects were all weaker than those in the positive control group.
