摘　　要：我国正在经历着从高等教育大国到高等教育强国、从人力资源大国向人才资源大国的战略性转变,亟待进一步实现教育水平与教育质量的稳步提升和快速跨越。高等医学教育应将本科医学人才培养与我国发展战略目标紧密结合起来,制定符合新时代社会需求的人才培养目标,探寻更符合临床需求的实践教学方式。我省医学院校临床医学专业实践教学在教学中的合理定位和科学评价还没有得到全面落实,在一定程度上影响了实践教学质量,从而影响到临床医学毕业生人才培养质量。构建更加完善科学的实践教学评价体系是解决这一问题的关键所在。文章从构建医学专业实践教学评价体系的指导思想、主要原则、改革目标、具体措施等方面,探索新时代视域下河北省临床医学专业实践教学评价体系的构建,以促进临床医学专业人才培养质量的提高。China is undergoing a strategic transformation from a big country of higher education to a powerful countryof higher education and from a big country of human resources to that of talentresources. Higher Medical Educationshould combine the cultivation of undergraduate medical talents closely with the development strategic goal of ourcountry, formulate the cultivation goal of talents which is in line with the social needs of the new era, and explore thepractical teaching method which is more in line with the clinical needs. The rational orientation and scientific evaluationof Clinical Medicine practice teaching in medical colleges and universities of our province have not been carriedout in an all-round way, which affects the quality of practice teaching to some extent, thus affects the clinical medicinegraduate talented person to raise the quality. The key to solve this problem is to construct a more perfect andscientific evaluation system of practical teaching. This paper explores the construction of the evaluation system ofclinical medicine practice teaching in Hebei Province in the new era from the aspects of the guiding ideology, mainprinciples, reform objectives and concrete measures of constructing the evaluation system of clinical medicine practiceteaching, in order to promote the training quality improvement clinical medical professionals.
