“100%Star Strategy”:a Study on the EQ Cultivation in Primary School Based on the Thought of“Wholly Integration”

摘  要:鉴于杭州星洲小学学生的情商量表测评数据整体低于常模,本研究探索了基于“全域融入”思维,开展校本情商培育:通过全学科浸润式情商意识融合培育,促使所有学科教师搜寻本学科的情商结合点,设计整合,达成情商学习。此外,进一步开展全息化真境式情商训练实操,结合多种活动,从个人到团体,从混龄到自主选择,从单一化到复合化,扎实开展情商实践。针对情商问题,进行全角色焦点式研究,通过契约和问诊等形式解决疑难。“全域融入”思维引导的情商培育“100%星方略”,实现了学生情商素养的全面提升,开启了教师情商教育的全新视域,优化了学校情商培育的全局方略。The overall data of the EQ scale evaluation is lower than the norm for the students of Hangzhou Xingzhou Primary School,the study develops the school-based EQ cultivation based on the idea of“comprehensive integration”.Through the immersive cultivation of the EQ consciousness in all disciplines,the teachers are encouraged to search the EQ combination point of the discipline,design integration,and achieve EQ training.In addition,this paper also adopts a holographic EQ training practice by simulating the real context,combined with a variety of activities,from individuals to groups,from mixed age to independent choice,from single to compound,to carry out EQ practice in a down-to-earth manner.Aiming at the EQ problem,this paper studies the problem of EQ with full-role focus,and solves the problem in the form of contract and consultation.The“100%Star Strategy”of EQ cultivation guided by the thinking of“comprehensive integration”have achieved the overall improvement of the students’EQ literacy,opened up a new field of EQ education for teachers,and optimized the overall strategy of EQ cultivation in schools.
