腭裂修补术后患儿言语障碍矫治的重要性及言语训练方法的有效分析

摘  要:目的分析言语障碍矫治的重要性及言语训练方法在腭裂修补术后患儿中的应用效果及临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的16例腭裂修补术后语言障碍的患儿为研究对象,分别对比言语训练干预前后患儿的语言情况。结果干预后患儿的唇、下颌、舌模仿评分高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后,患儿的语言清晰度级别情况优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论言语训练方法能够有效矫正腭裂修补术后有言语障碍的患儿,患儿的发音准确度明显改善,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the importance of speech disorder correction and speech training methods,and to apply the clinical effect and clinical value in children with cleft palate repair.Methods 16 children with language disorder after cleft palate repair were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The language of the children before and after speech training intervention were compared.Results After comparison,the lip,jaw,and tongue mimic scores of the children after intervention were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).By comparison,the level of speech intelligibility of the children after intervention was better than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Speech training method can effectively correct children with speech disorder after cleft palate repair,and the pronunciation accuracy of children is obviously improved,which is worthy of promotion.
