基于温病胃阴学说论治胃热伤阴型胃癌

摘　　要：胃癌多属于中医学"胃反"范畴,胃热伤阴型是胃癌中医辨证分型中的重要证型,在化疗、手术后更易出现。基于温病胃阴学说与胃热伤阴型胃癌在病因、阶段方面的联系,以叶天士"胃喜润恶燥"和吴鞠通"胃体阳用阴"思想为纲领,结合卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证,探讨临床实践中如何顾阴存阴救阴、护液增液保液,旨在为胃癌前病变、胃热伤阴型胃癌、胃癌术后提供新的中医诊疗思路。Gastric cancer mostly belongs to the category of"stomach opposing"in traditional Chinese medicine.Stomach heat injuring yin type gastric cancer is an important syndrome type in TCM syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer,which is more likely to occur after chemotherapy and surgery.Based on the relationship between the stomach-yin theory and stomach heat injuring yin type gastric cancer in terms of etiology and stage,taking Ye Tianshi’s"the stomach liking moistening and hating dryness"and Wu Jutong’s"the structure of stomach belongs to yang and its function belongs to yin"ideas,combined with the syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi Ying Xue and San Jiao,to explore how to save yin and protect fluid,aims at providing new TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas for stomach heat injuring yin type gastric cancer.
