摘　　要：在乡村手工艺振兴中,专业设计团队介入乡村,协助民族传统技艺面向市场需求进行转化已经成了大势所趋,并往往能在短期内有效协助产业的提振。但如果要实现地方文化、经济的长期可持续发展,则需要真正激发当地人的能动性,让他们拥有自由选择生活方式的能力。本文结合"能力方法"的相关理论,以湖南大学"花瑶花"非遗扶贫项目为例,从手工艺人的内部能力激发及外部能力建设以及运用新技术进行"能力敏感的设计"等方面,分析了设计创新激发手工艺人能动性,赋权于当地人的过程。In the process of revitalization of rural handicraft,it is already the general trend that the professional design teams engage in the transformation of traditional ethnic minorities craft to meet the market demand,which can effectively promote the development of an industry in a short term.But if we want to realize the long-term sustainable development of local culture and economy,we need to stimulate the initiatives of local people.With the theoretical support of Capability Approach,this paper takes the"Huayaohua"intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation project of Hunan University as an example,analyzing the process of design innovation to stimulate the initiatives of the craftsmen and to empower the local people from the aspects as the internal ability stimulation and external capacity building of craftsmen and the use of new technology for"ability sensitive design".
