摘　　要：区块链是基于互联网的分布式账本技术,同时也是一个去中心化的数据库。习近平总书记强调"区块链技术的集成应用在新的技术革新和产业变革中起着重要作用"。新基建浪潮下,区块链技术在各个领域落地和加速应用,在技术和产业赋能层面发挥着实质性作用。文章通过对当前规划团队管理体系的困境进行分析,阐述了区块链技术理念应用于规划团队管理体系的优越性,进而对区块链技术理念下的规划团队管理体系变革构想进行探索。Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology based on the Internet,and it is also a decentralized database.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that"the integrated application of blockchain technology plays an important role in new technological innovation and industrial transformation."Under the wave of new infrastructure construction,blockchain technology has realized and accelerated its application in various fields,playing a substantial role in technology and industrial energization.The article analyzes the current dilemma of the planning team management system,expounds the superiority of the blockchain technology concept applied to the planning team management system,and explores the reform of planning team management system under the concept of blockchain technology.
