摘 要:目的探索在肿瘤科临床实习医生临床能力评价中引入迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)的应用效果。方法以2018年6月—12月进入肿瘤科实习的医学生作为对象,对35名医学生和相应带教老师6名采用Mini-CEX进行评估。Mini-CEX测试结束后在临床实习医师和带教老师中各进行1次访谈。结果肿瘤科实习医生的“医疗面谈”“体格检查”和“沟通技能”三项的不符合要求率最高,均为8.6%,其中体格检查是表现优异率最高的项目,达到17.1%;Mini-CEX各项目分数之间存在显著的相关性;老师和学生对本次Mini-CEX测试的满意度均达100%;访谈显示教师和学生均认为Mini-CEX对提高实习医师临床能力有帮助,该演练评估相较于传统考试对学生的考察更全面,评分较主观是其主要问题。结论在肿瘤科临床实习过程中运用Mini-CEX能够使学生的临床能力得到进步,可在全院临床实习教学进行推广。Objective To explore the application of mini-cex in the evaluation of clinical competence of clinical interns in oncology department.Methods From June 2018 to December 2018,35 medical students and 6 teachers were evaluated with mini-cex.After the completion of the mini-cex test,one interview was conducted among the clinical interns and teachers respectively.Results The failure rate of"medical interview","physical examination"and"communication skill"was the highest,all of which were 8.6%.There was a significant correlation between the scores of the mini-cex projects.The satisfaction of teachers and students on the mini-cex test reached 100%.The interviews showed that both teachers and students thought that mini-cex was helpful to improve the clinical ability of interns,and the practice evaluation was more comprehensive than the traditional examination.A more subjective rating was the main problem.Conclusion The application of mini-cex in the clinical practice of oncology can improve the clinical ability of students.Mini-cex can be promoted in clinical practice teaching in the whole hospital.
