摘　　要：程序设计能力是计算机专业学生最重要的能力之一。分析了提高程序设计能力的必要性和重要性,将中国计算机学会主办的计算机软件能力认证和浙江大学主办的计算机程序设计能力考试进行了对比。以云南大学为例,从程序设计类课程安排与改革、程序设计能力认证开展、程序设计类竞赛组织3个方面阐述提高学生程序设计能力方法实践。实践表明,改革措施在实施过程中取得了良好效果,可为相关高校计算机类专业的实践教学改革提供借鉴。Programming ability is one of the most important abilities for the students majoring in computer science.The necessity and importance of improving the ability of programming was analyzed in this paper.This paper compared two kinds of online practical as⁃sessment of programming ability in China:certified software professional(CSP)sponsored by China Computer Federation and program⁃ming ability test(PAT)sponsored by Zhejiang University.The exploration and practice of improving students’ability of programming are discussed from three aspects:the arrangement and reform of programming courses,the certification of programming ability and the organization of programming competitions.These reform measures have achieved good results in recent years,which can provide refer⁃ence for the practical teaching reform of computer specialty in relevant universities.
