摘 要:教学过程质量监控是本科人才培养体系重要环节,也是确保以成果产出为导向的工程教育人才培养的前提。现有的教学过程质量监控往往存在流程复杂、数据混用、责权不清等问题,基于计算机类工程教育人才培养实践,提出一种改进的独立数据流驱动教学过程质量监控机制。该机制以本科教学中心为数据汇集与分发中心,针对课程体系、教学大纲、教学过程、教学考核等环节给出数据流驱动实施方法。实践证明,该轻量级数据流驱动的质量监控机制可实施性强,能够为教学活动顺利开展和学生能力培养提供有效的持续改进保障,从而把学生培养成为具有“责任感、创新性、应用性和国际性”的创新人才,满足社会需求。The quality monitoring of teaching process is an important part in the undergraduate student training system,and also the core premise to ensure the training of outcome based education.The quality control of the existing teaching process often encountered problems such as complicated process,mixed data and unclear responsibility.Based on the practice of engineering education for com⁃puter,this paper puts forward an improved independent data flow driven quality control mechanism of teaching process.The mecha⁃nism takes the undergraduate teaching center as the data collection and distribution center,and gives the specific data flow driven im⁃plementation method of the teaching aspects such as curriculum system,syllabus,teaching process and teaching assessment.Practice has proved that the lightweight data flow driven quality control mechanism is easy to implement and can provide effective continuous im⁃provement guarantee for the smooth development of teaching activities and the cultivation of students’abilities,so as to train students to become innovative talents with“responsibility,innovation,application and internationality”and better meet the training needs.
