摘　　要：在当前互联网高速发展的时代,网络舆境对高校校园文化产生着越来越大的影响。本文研究和分析了高校校园文化与网络舆境的基本内涵,运用系统思维和辩证思维着重分析了网络舆境对校园文化的正向和负向影响,并对高校育人工作如何有效防范和化解负向功能,着力强化正向功能,以及如何有效构建良好网络育人文化氛围和环境提出了一些建议和对策。In the current era of rapid development of the Internet,the network public opinion atmosphere and environment has a growing impact on the campus culture of colleges and universities.This paper studies and analyzes the basic connotation of university campus culture and network public opinion atmosphere and environment.By using systematic and dialectical thinking,this paper focuses on the positive and negative influence of network public opinion atmosphere and environment on campus culture.Moreover,this paper puts forward countermeasures on how to effectively prevent and resolve the negative functions and strengthen positive functions of the network public opinion atmosphere and environment and makes some suggestions on how to effectively build a great cultural atmosphere and environment of network education.
