摘  要:以地胆草为研究对象,研究地胆草提取物体外清除亚硝酸盐的抗氧化作用。主要分析不同浸提溶剂、料液比等地胆草提取工艺和提取液用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应p H等不同反应条件对地胆草清除亚硝酸盐作用的影响,并通过正交试验确定地胆草提取物清除亚硝酸盐的最佳反应条件。结果表明,蒸馏水作为提取剂提取地胆草时的清除亚硝酸盐效果为53.95%,优于有机提取剂80%甲醇、80%乙醇和80%丙酮,差异性极显著。地胆草清除亚硝酸盐最佳条件为料液比1︰10(g/mL)、反应温度60℃、pH 1.2,在此条件下,地胆草水提取液的亚硝酸盐清除率为61.10%。此次试验分析了不同反应条件下的地胆草清除亚硝酸盐清除效果,并筛选出最佳反应方案,提升了地胆草清除亚硝酸盐效果,同时说明地胆草提取物具有较好的清除亚盐酸盐作用,在人体中存在一定抗癌作用,具有进一步开发研究的前景。Elephantopus scaber(ES)was studied as experimental material to research nitrite scavenging activity of its extracts.The effects of at different extraction condition such as extraction solvent,ratio of solvent-to-solid,reaction time,temperature and pH condition nitrite scavenging activity of ES extracts were analyzed,and orthogonal experiment extraction conditions were optimized.The results showed that nitrite scavenging activity of ES water extract was 53.95%,which was better than ES organic solvent 80%methanol,80%ethanol and 80%acetone extracts,and the difference was extremely significant.Nitrite scavenging activity of ES water extract was 61.10%under these optimum conditions which were solid-to-solvent of 1︰10(g/mL),pH of 1.2 and reaction temperature of 60℃.Nitrite scavenging activity of ES extracts at different conditions was analyzed,and through orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions were established,which promoted nitrite scavenging ability of ES extracts.It showed that ES water extract had good nitrite scavenging ability,could played role on preventing cancer,and had good potential prospect to be developed and researched.
