摘 要:市场上采后蔬菜的贮藏保鲜技术落后,主要依靠低温和化学保鲜剂进行保鲜,造成设备体积大、价格高昂、容易存在残留有害物质等问题。通过对常见蔬菜保鲜过程中环境分析,提出以单片机为核心处理器,由LED红蓝光源控制系统、湿度控制系统构成蔬菜贮藏保鲜环境控制系统,对系统结构及系统工作过程进行详细介绍。结果表明,LED光强均匀分布,光量子通量密度在8~80μmol/(m^2·s)范围内可调,湿度能根据设置参数及内部传感器快速动态调节。The fresh-keeping technology of post-harvest vegetables on the market is backward.It mainly depends on low-temperature and chemical preservatives to keep fresh,which causes problems such as large equipment size,high price and residual harmful substances.Based on the environmental analysis of common vegetable preservation process,the structure and working process of a vegetable storage and fresh-keeping system in which the single chip microcomputer is used as the core processor are introduced.The system is made of a red and blue LED light control system and a humidity control system.It is showed that the LED light intensity is evenly distributed;The light quantum flux density is adjustable in the range of 8-80μmol/(m^2·s);The humidity can be quickly and dynamically adjusted according to the setting parameters and internal sensors.
