摘 要:方案设计是保障青少年心理训练效果的重要环节。青少年期作为从童年期向成年期过渡的重要时期,他们的心理具有不稳定性和可塑性,心理训练有益于培养与保持、促进与增强青少年的心理品质。目前,对青少年心理训练方案设计存在几个误区:目标定位不准确;内容的选择缺乏根据;实施的过程呈技术性倾向;心理训练方案设计的实施效果浅表化。据此提出青少年心理训练方案设计为:提升目标定位的准确性;增强内容选择的合理性与设计的完整性;系统地考虑方案实施的技术性和艺术性;训练结果兼顾的短期效果和长期效果。A psychological training program for adolescents shall be designed with the vision of achieving its best effect.As an important period in one’s life,adolescence means a person’s transition from childhood to adulthood,which is characterized by some instability and plasticity,thus psychological training is beneficial in that it helps cultivate and maintain,promote and strengthen his or her good qualities while reducing the bad ones.At present,there are still problems in the design of such programs,to name a few,the target positioning is not accurate;the choice of content is baseless;the implementation process is technology-oriented;and the effect is far from satisfactory.This paper proposes the following approaches to addressing the above-mentioned problems:improving the accuracy of target positioning;enhancing the rationality of content selection and the integrity of design;systematically considering the technical and artistic nature of the program implementation;taking both short-term and long-term effects into account.
